Chanel Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager - Fashion Jewelry and Belts

- Ensure the quality, regulatory, and aesthetic compliance of fashion jewelry and belts delivered to boutiques.
- Lead the implementation and deployment of quality and regulatory standards, including the Product Restricted Substances List (PRSL).
- Develop and execute continuous improvement plans with manufacturers and within the industrial division to enhance product quality.
- Serve as the primary contact for the Fashion Quality and Regulatory Direction, Market-Boutique Quality Managers, and global and local after-sales services.
- Manage a team of four, overseeing quality incidents with manufacturers and distribution centers in France and Italy.
- Coordinate quality alerts with the Quality Direction, manufacturers, supply teams, and market quality managers.
- Formalize and implement quality and regulatory standards across distribution centers, manufacturers, and repair centers.
- Deploy regulatory and PRSL updates within the industrial division in alignment with Fashion Regulatory teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of quality tools and methods, including Quality Labels and Problem Resolution Methods.
- Organize and lead Manufacturer Quality Reviews and action plans resulting from these reviews.
- Define and animate the roadmap for know-how projects and product improvement initiatives.
- Support technical development and industrialization with expertise in technical subjects.
- Ensure the authentication of jewelry and other accessories, managing authentication requests from various departments.
- Engineering or Technical degree (Bac+5) with a strong technical curiosity and product sensitivity.
- 5 to 10 years of significant experience in quality management, industrialization, methods, or project management related to metallic components.
- Knowledge of fashion jewelry or metallic component manufacturing processes.
- Experience with quality and lean improvement tools and methods, such as 8D, design of experiments, Six Sigma, and statistical tools like MiniTab.
- Fluency in French, Italian, and English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, reactivity, and anticipation capabilities.
- Proven ability to propose solutions and excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to unite project groups.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and PLM.
5 to 10 years in quality management, industrialization, or project management in the fashion or metallic components industry.
Engineering or Technical degree (Bac+5).
