1. Monitor digital, social media, and print clippings daily
2. Complete monthly activity reports for all three divisions
3. Update the PR database on a daily basis
4. Organize the PR stock room and library
5. Assist with the organization of events, including venue search, RSVP, and coordination of hair and makeup
6. Organize and distribute press tools such as press kits and other PR materials
7. Assist with samples for shoots across all three divisions using Fashion GPS
8. Respond to press requests regarding images, press samples, prices, and other information
9. Coordinate special Chanel shootings
10. Assist with press trip organization, including restaurant reservations, destination research, and itinerary updates

1. Currently studying Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing

1. Strong interpersonal skills
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Organizational skills
4. Proficiency in English
5. Knowledge of Arabic and/or French is advantageous

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in PR, communications, and marketing within an international luxury company is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing.
