1. Assist PR Managers in Fashion and Beauty divisions with various tasks.
2. Manage and follow up on press requests, including product send-outs and price inquiries.
3. Organize and classify visual assets.
4. Monitor media coverage across print and digital platforms.
5. Manage inventory and coordinate product send-outs.
6. Collaborate with different departments such as Marketing for necessary tools and resources.
7. Support new product launches by preparing press releases and ensuring accurate translations and pricing.
8. Monitor and engage with social media influencers across all channels.
9. Utilize media monitoring tools to track social media visibility.
10. Contribute to event planning and management, including influencer selection and post-event reporting.
11. Assist with fashion press requests and sample handling.
12. Participate in showroom management and preparation for press visits.
13. Prepare internal presentations and reports.

1. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
2. Availability for a minimum of six months.

1. Team player with a flexible and proactive attitude.
2. Strong understanding of the media environment, including print, digital, and social media.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
4. Affinity for the luxury sector.

No prior experience required, but a good understanding of the media environment is essential.
