Chanel Project Manager, Sustainable Textile Transformation

1. Oversee data collection from suppliers to assess the eco-responsibility of textiles and trimmings for each collection.
2. Train and support suppliers in using the Transparency tool for data collection (Material Declaration).
3. Coordinate the calculation and internal communication of sustainability KPIs during key collection milestones, such as fashion shows and store launches.
4. Collaborate with internal teams on certification, traceability, tonnage, and ESG performance.
5. Identify and propose solutions for challenges in sourcing eco-friendly materials from suppliers.
6. Work with the IT department to enhance the Material Declaration tool based on evolving needs.
7. Manage the improvement of collection analysis and tracking tools (PowerBI).

1. Degree in textile engineering or sustainable development.
2. Experience in project management within the fashion industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is advantageous.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in textile engineering or sustainable development is required.
