1. Lead multiple projects or workstreams to support the Legal Transformation Roadmap.
2. Create and refine project plans, defining scope and success KPIs.
3. Design use cases and conduct user testing in collaboration with internal teams.
4. Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams for global tool implementation.
5. Manage vendor relationships and track project progress.
6. Lead change management initiatives, including creating launch materials and training sessions.
7. Provide expert guidance on optimizing legal service delivery and operating models.
8. Influence legal leaders and cross-functional teams to adopt best practices.
9. Contribute to the legal technology roadmap and process improvements.
10. Participate in data governance and analytics for legal operations.
11. Collaborate on team-wide projects and share best practices in legal project management.

1. 8+ years of project management and change management experience.
2. Understanding of tech ecosystems and data governance.
3. Industry-recognized project management qualification (e.g., APMP, Prince 2).
4. Experience in legal work processes or environments preferred.
