Chanel Project Manager, Legal Operations

- Lead multiple projects or workstreams to support the Legal Transformation Roadmap.
- Create and refine project plans, defining scope and success KPIs.
- Design use cases and conduct user testing in collaboration with internal teams.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams for global tool implementation.
- Manage vendor relationships and track project progress.
- Lead change management initiatives, including creating launch materials and training sessions.
- Provide expert guidance on optimizing legal service delivery and operating models.
- Influence legal leaders and cross-functional teams to adopt best practices.
- Contribute to the legal technology roadmap and process improvements.
- Participate in data governance and analytics for legal operations.
- Collaborate on team-wide projects and share best practices in legal project management.
- 8+ years of project management and change management experience.
- Understanding of tech ecosystems and data governance.
- Industry-recognized project management qualification (e.g., APMP, Prince 2).
- Experience in legal work processes or environments preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and drive change.
- Problem-solving and influencing skills.
- Team spirit and flexibility.
- Curiosity and customer orientation.
A minimum of 8 years in project management and change management, with a preference for experience in legal environments.
Industry-recognized Project Management qualification (e.g., APMP, Prince 2).
