Chanel Project Manager, Fashion Collection Orchestration

- Lead the orchestration of collection launches, including Act 1 and capsule collections in boutiques.
- Manage product launch projects, with a focus on handbag campaigns.
- Support the Eyewear division through campaign and animation projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional contributions from Strategy & Product Orchestration, Image Studio, and Market Communication teams.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives and expected impact.
- Establish governance and organization tailored to each project's nature.
- Develop a coherent 360-degree plan with creative concepts and budgetary considerations.
- Align communication plans across media, PR, social media, and celebrity engagement.
- Identify synergies and validation steps for project execution.
- Formalize and communicate plans to stakeholders, including markets.
- Oversee project developments ensuring quality execution within timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with Strategy & Product Orchestration teams on collection maximization.
- Facilitate boutique engagement and reactivation needs for collections.
- Construct orchestration plans for product campaigns, particularly handbags.
- Partner with the Eyewear team for media and editorial campaigns, e-commerce support, and events.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in 360-degree project management.
- Experience in the fashion ecosystem, with a background in product, retail, client relations, or communication.
- Proven ability to operate in a creative environment with a strong product sensitivity.
- Proactive and rigorous approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and engage them in project objectives.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 7 years in comprehensive project management within the fashion industry, demonstrating strategic and operational effectiveness.
