Chanel Project Manager, Client Gifting and Assets

1. Develop the high-end gifting offer.
2. Coordinate and oversee the creation of bespoke gifts for top clients in collaboration with the Artistic Direction team.
3. Develop and implement the annual generic gift offer.
4. Monitor the Key Event Management gifting offer, especially the End of Year offer and associated assets.
5. Collaborate with the Fashion division for bespoke gifts and shared gift orders.
6. Ensure the production of high-quality visuals for the entire high-end gifting offer.
7. Develop and manage client assets, coordinating the annual asset order campaign across markets.
8. Collaborate with the Artistic Direction to develop new assets and orchestrate their launch.
9. Coordinate exceptional asset requests until local receipt and draft bespoke assets.
10. Analyze business outcomes of implemented actions, identify areas for improvement and development opportunities.
11. Collect feedback from regions and markets.
12. Ensure the use of the CRM tool for all bespoke gift or asset requests.
13. Monitor budget and re-invoicing.
14. Conduct competitive intelligence.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent project management skills.
2. Creativity and strong writing skills in both French and English.
3. Proficiency in PowerPoint with an eye for aesthetic layout.

A minimum of 3 years in project management, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of higher education.
