Chanel Project Governance Manager

- Lead the macro governance of thematic, partnership, and expertise projects in close coordination with project leads.
- Formalize project governance using dedicated management tools, including agenda definition and minute tracking.
- Oversee the preparation of comprehensive transversal presentations and participate in key committees and presentations.
- Supervise the construction and monitoring of the team's project plan for the current and following year.
- Coordinate key event dates with executive assistants and project leads.
- Support and structure transversal projects, including process development and operational coordination.
- Conduct operational mappings and analyses to propose process improvements.
- Develop and consolidate necessary team support materials, such as templates and briefs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team and project lead work methods.
- Regularly update internal documents for project leads.
- Manage the governance of thematic and partnership project budgets in collaboration with finance and legal teams.
- Construct and monitor annual forecast budgets and ensure monthly budget tracking.
- Support project leads in mid-year and end-of-year budget reconciliations.
- Ensure contract management and compliance in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Provide executive support to the Director of Projects, including strategic agenda management and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in transversal project management, strategic coordination, or PMO, ideally in a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in structuring processes and support materials.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, diplomacy, and teamwork.
- Autonomy, proactivity, reliability, and confidentiality.
- Effective priority management and independence.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools.
5 to 7 years of experience in transversal project management, strategic coordination, or PMO, ideally in a luxury environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (Master's preferred).
