1. Oversee project tracking, including contractual agreements and clearances for thematic projects and partnerships.
2. Complete contract matrices and purchase orders for partnerships and sponsorships related to arts, fashion exhibitions, cinema, dance, music, and literature.
3. Ensure SACEM declarations for event activations in collaboration with the legal department.
4. Monitor contract signing schedules and manage billing processes as necessary.
5. Identify and consolidate elements requiring clearance.
6. Track ceded rights and their exploitation periods.
7. Coordinate internal and external briefings for clearance teams and ensure timely project execution.
8. Share information with relevant departments (Legal, Image Studio, Image Production).
9. Formalize contractual feedback and exchanges between project managers and relevant departments.
10. Manage contractual, accounting, and billing aspects of projects.

1. Advanced degree in law with experience in project management and clearances.

1. Expertise in contract law and intellectual property.
2. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal abilities.
4. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluency in English and French.

At least one prior experience in project management and clearance handling.

Advanced degree in law.
