1. Coordinate 360-degree project management, including content production, guest coordination, security arrangements, and event production.
2. Create and update project tracking tools.
3. Assist with project billing processes.
4. Coordinate travel and hospitality arrangements for partners and team members.
5. Develop welcome packs in collaboration with Celebrity and Cinema Relations teams.
6. Produce travel documentation for top management.
7. Order necessary quantities for welcome packs.
8. Propose gifting ideas and create gifting guidelines to ensure alignment across event invitations.

1. Advanced degree in commerce or related field.
2. At least one experience in project management.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office on Mac.
4. Fluency in English and French.

At least one prior experience in project management is required.
