1. Coordinate and provide visibility for various project aspects including content production, guest coordination, security arrangements, and event production.
2. Create and update project tracking tools.
3. Assist the team with project billing.
4. Coordinate and book travel arrangements for partners and team members.
5. Create welcome packs in collaboration with Celebrity and Cinema Relations teams.
6. Prepare travel documents for top management.
7. Order necessary quantities for welcome packs.
8. Propose gifting ideas for each project and create gifting guidelines.

1. Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.
2. At least one prior experience in project management.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint on Mac.
4. Fluency in English and French.

At least one prior experience in project management is required.

Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.
