- Enhance the CHANEL&moi customer experience in boutiques.
- Provide on-site support to workshops and manage sensitive cases.
- Monitor non-repairable products and analyze customer data.
- Assist in the deployment of digital tools through training, animation, and feedback.
- Contribute to innovative projects by presenting, tracking, and sharing experiences.
- Manage projects and animate the community.
- Organize and participate in S.E.R and alteration committees, including agenda preparation, minutes writing, action follow-up, and presentations.
- Coordinate scheduling for CHANEL&moi appointments on CHANEL.com.
- Organize and participate in internal training, presentations, and filming related to alterations.
- Monitor and communicate quality alerts for S.E.R and alterations to ensure operational excellence.
- Support performance management of teams (S.E.R & alterations).
- Track activities through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting.
- Assist in defining booster objectives and communicate results.
- Conduct weekly result tracking and highlight successes in boutiques.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in marketing or retail.
- Previous experience in luxury is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Curiosity, versatility, and teamwork spirit.
A first experience in marketing or retail is required, with luxury experience being a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5)
The role includes an integration program with training on the history and products of the Maison, opportunities to deepen retail knowledge, and development of communication skills across various European services. Participation in a Young Talent Community to build a professional network is also included.
