- Independently manage the orchestration of in-room training events, including scheduling, agenda setting, and registration.
- Contribute to the organization of international seminars and events, focusing on logistics and coordination.
- Oversee the management of the Ready-to-Wear wardrobe.
- Coordinate the ordering, storage, and replenishment of small sewing equipment.
- Monitor and manage the budget for training sessions and seminars.
- Support and train seamstresses in the use of new digital tools within boutiques and conduct feedback sessions to improve existing processes.
- Consolidate feedback from boutiques and markets regarding the needs of workshops (machines, tools, etc.).
- Develop digital and in-room tools to enhance the expertise of the Alteration department.
- Participate in partnerships with schools to establish training programs and talent pools.
- Assist in the management of the CHANEL&moi activity by updating and disseminating KPIs.
- Support boutiques in achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives through presentations, training content, and videos.
- Contribute to newsletters and activity reports, from visual creation to information gathering.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Training, or Retail.
- Previous experience in marketing, training, or retail.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize.
- Curiosity, versatility, and team spirit.
- Proactive, adaptable, and agile.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Previous experience in marketing, training, or retail is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Training, or Retail.
