- Independently manage the orchestration of in-room training events, including scheduling, agenda setting, and registrations.
- Contribute to the organization and logistical coordination of seminars and international events.
- Oversee the management of the Ready-to-Wear wardrobe.
- Coordinate the ordering, organization, and restocking of sewing supplies.
- Monitor and manage the budget for training sessions and seminars.
- Support and train seamstresses in the use of new digital tools within boutiques, followed by a review to enhance existing processes.
- Consolidate feedback from boutiques and markets regarding the needs of the Ateliers, such as machinery and tools.
- Develop digital and in-room tools to showcase Retouche expertise.
- Participate in partnerships with educational institutions to establish training programs and talent pools.
- Assist in the management of CHANEL&moi activities, including updating and disseminating key performance indicators.
- Support boutiques in achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives through presentations, training content, and videos.
- Contribute to the newsletter and activity reports, from visual creation to information compilation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Training, or Retail.
- Initial experience in marketing, training, or retail.
- Passion for fashion and craftsmanship.
- Agility in an intercultural context.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Curiosity, versatility, and team spirit.
- Proactive, adaptable, and agile.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A first experience in marketing, training, or retail is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Training, or Retail.
