1. Independently manage the orchestration of in-room training events, including scheduling, agenda setting, and registrations.
2. Contribute to the organization and logistical coordination of seminars and international events.
3. Oversee the management of the Ready-to-Wear wardrobe.
4. Coordinate the ordering, organization, and restocking of sewing supplies.
5. Monitor and manage the budget for training sessions and seminars.
6. Support and train seamstresses in the use of new digital tools within boutiques, followed by a review to enhance existing processes.
7. Consolidate feedback from boutiques and markets regarding the needs of the Ateliers, such as machinery and tools.
8. Develop digital and in-room tools to showcase Retouche expertise.
9. Participate in partnerships with educational institutions to establish training programs and talent pools.
10. Assist in the management of CHANEL&moi activities, including updating and disseminating key performance indicators.
11. Support boutiques in achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives through presentations, training content, and videos.
12. Contribute to the newsletter and activity reports, from visual creation to information compilation.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Training, or Retail.
2. Initial experience in marketing, training, or retail.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize tasks.

8. Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A first experience in marketing, training, or retail is required.
