- Support administrative processes across the full grant-making life cycle, including maintaining accurate grant records and ensuring timely updates.
- Coordinate the grant decision process by organizing necessary documents for internal meetings.
- Assist with monitoring and tracking grant agreements, contracts, and payment schedules in collaboration with the Regional Finance Business Partner.
- Act as a day-to-day grant liaison, ensuring timely and respectful communication with partner organizations.
- Provide coordination and practical support for smooth programme delivery, including arranging logistics for partner meetings and tracking actions from key meetings.
- Support internal and external communications, including drafting updates and maintaining shared trackers.
- Use digital tools to support mapping, organizing, and visualizing partners, initiatives, and key information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of filing, templates, trackers, and process documentation.
- Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in the non-profit or philanthropy sector in an administrative or programme support role.
- Knowledge of working across French-speaking or Portuguese-speaking countries is beneficial.
- French or Portuguese language skills are advantageous.
- Highly organized, methodical, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Proficient in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and good judgment when handling confidential information.
- Comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and teams.
1 to 3 years of experience in the non-profit or philanthropy sector in an administrative, coordination, grant-making, or programme support role.
Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
