- Support administrative processes throughout the grant-making life cycle, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely updates.
- Coordinate documents and assist in the grant decision process for internal meetings.
- Monitor and track grant agreements, contracts, and payment schedules in collaboration with the Regional Finance Business Partner.
- Assist in the monitoring, evaluation, and learning process under the guidance of the Regional Programme Officer.
- Act as a liaison for grants, facilitating communication with partner organizations.
- Provide coordination and logistical support for programme-related meetings and events across multiple time zones.
- Track actions and follow-ups from meetings to ensure accountability and continuity.
- Support internal and external communications, including drafting updates and maintaining information systems.
- Utilize digital tools for organizing and visualizing partner and initiative information.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of filing systems, templates, and process documentation.
- Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
- Highly organized and methodical with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and good judgment in handling confidential information.
- Comfortable working across cultures and time zones with a service-oriented mindset.
1 to 3 years of experience in the non-profit or philanthropy sector, particularly in administrative, coordination, grant-making, or programme support roles.
Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
