1. Manage materials and components, including ordering and receiving paving stones, handling entrusted items, and conducting inventory.
2. Receive and verify watch kits, maintaining physical stock of all components and managing metal movements.
3. Input transactions into the ERP system (Topaze), including supplier orders and delivery notes.
4. Prepare precious metal inventories quarterly.
5. Oversee production processes, prioritize manufacturing, and manage subcontracting logistics.
6. Facilitate rapid prototyping, including 3D printing and file management.
7. Coordinate the application of master and state hallmarks.
8. Prepare and plan quality control procedures.
9. Develop and implement process documentation.
10. Monitor and correct jewelers' time tracking.

1. Proven organizational and precision skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a complex and demanding workshop environment.
3. Strong product sensitivity and passion for the luxury sector.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Topaze.
2. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in a high-end jewelry or luxury fashion production environment is required.
