1. Develop and manage the transfer of a packaging line, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline performance.
2. Participate in the technical design and modification of packaging lines, including equipment adaptation.
3. Reorganize production line flows according to Lean Management and 5S principles.
4. Update operational documentation, including process standards and operating ranges.
5. Assist in the integration of new products on existing packaging lines.
6. Lead continuous improvement projects, facilitating cross-functional team meetings and workgroups.
7. Propose and implement actions to reduce waste and optimize processes.

1. Final-year student in a general engineering program, preferably with a focus on continuous improvement or industrial engineering.
2. Successful experience in the industrial sector is advantageous.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for reporting purposes.
4. Curiosity, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a strong interest in the industrial sector.

1. Proficiency in Lean Management and 5S principles.
2. Strong project management capabilities.
3. Ability to analyze and interpret performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Proficient in technical documentation and process standardization.
5. Strong problem-solving skills.

Previous experience in an industrial setting is beneficial, particularly in roles related to continuous improvement or production engineering.

Final-year student in an engineering program.
