Chanel Production Engineering Intern

- Develop and manage the transfer of a packaging line, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline performance.
- Participate in the technical design and modification of packaging lines, including equipment adaptation.
- Reorganize production line flows according to Lean Management and 5S principles.
- Update operational documentation, including process standards and operating ranges.
- Assist in the integration of new products on existing packaging lines.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, facilitating cross-functional team meetings and workgroups.
- Propose and implement actions to reduce waste and optimize processes.
- Final-year student in a general engineering program, preferably with a focus on continuous improvement or industrial engineering.
- Successful experience in the industrial sector is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for reporting purposes.
- Curiosity, teamwork, interpersonal skills, and a strong interest in the industrial sector.
- Proficiency in Lean Management and 5S principles.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficient in technical documentation and process standardization.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in an industrial setting is beneficial, particularly in roles related to continuous improvement or production engineering.
Final-year student in an engineering program.
