Chanel Production Coordinator — Ready-to-Wear Suppliers (Alternance)

- Support end-to-end production follow-up with external manufacturers (façonniers), ensuring adherence to schedules and delivery commitments.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining manufacturing dossiers, tech packs and sample tracking across development and production phases.
- Monitor quality checkpoints at supplier sites and coordinate corrective actions with internal quality, design and supplier teams.
- Track production milestones and update reporting tools to provide visibility on timelines, bottlenecks and risks.
- Coordinate logistics and sample movements between design, fit sessions and supplier locations.
- Liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders (design, patternmaking, quality, sourcing, logistics) to ensure alignment on specifications and deadlines.
- Contribute to supplier performance assessments and support continuous-improvement initiatives at partner workshops.
- Prepare routine production reports and support ad hoc analyses for the production team.
- Enrollment in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in fashion design/technology, textile engineering, supply chain, industrial production or equivalent.
- Strong organisational aptitude and capacity to manage multiple production streams simultaneously.
- Good understanding of garment construction, fitting processes and apparel manufacturing terminology.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Professional demeanor, discretion and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Previous internship or practical experience in ready-to-wear production, supplier coordination or fashion manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable exposure to garment development processes will be advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Fashion, Textiles, Industrial/Production Management, Supply Chain or a closely related discipline.
