Chanel Production Coordination Assistant

- Serve as the daily liaison between production managers and various stakeholders in the Prêt-à-Porter sector, including product development, industrialization, planning, purchasing, quality, and billing.
- Facilitate communication and anticipate potential production issues, providing alerts and solutions.
- Compile and disseminate production and quality reports for the sector and manufacturers.
- Prepare, lead, and document cross-functional meetings.
- Promote and implement strategic studies, projects, and organizational improvements within the sector.
- Oversee material supply to manufacturers in coordination with the distribution center, manufacturers, and materials teams.
- Initiate submissions with partners and formalize orders.
- Manage end-of-collection assessments with manufacturers, including returns of accessories and submissions.
- Collaborate with production managers on global collection planning, defining priorities and scheduling.
- Oversee the production of Special Orders for the sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong product sensitivity.
- Project management capability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Proficiency in computer tools, particularly Excel.
- Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
Relevant experience in production coordination or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
