1. Facilitate daily communication between production managers and various stakeholders in the Ready-to-Wear segment, including product development, industrialization, planning, purchasing, quality, and billing.
2. Identify and address potential production bottlenecks in advance and during production phases.
3. Prepare and maintain production and quality reports for the division and manufacturers.
4. Organize, lead, and document cross-functional meetings.
5. Support the implementation of strategic studies, projects, and organizational improvements for the division.
6. Oversee material supply coordination with manufacturers, distribution centers, and material teams.
7. Initiate and formalize orders with partners and manage end-of-collection assessments with manufacturers.
8. Collaborate with production managers on global collection planning, including priority setting and forecasting.
9. Manage the production of special orders for the division.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

2. Project management capability
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers
5. Proficient in computer tools, particularly Excel
6. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus

Relevant experience in production coordination or a related field within the fashion industry is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
