Chanel Production Coordination Assistant

- Facilitate daily coordination between production managers and various stakeholders in the Ready-to-Wear sector, including product development, industrialization, planning, purchasing, quality, and billing.
- Act as a conduit for information and alerts, anticipating and identifying potential bottlenecks in both pre-production and production phases.
- Prepare production and quality reports for the division and manufacturers.
- Organize, lead, and document cross-functional meetings.
- Promote and implement improvements for the division through strategic studies, projects, and organizational initiatives.
- Oversee material supply to manufacturers in collaboration with the distribution center and material teams.
- Initiate submissions with partners and formalize orders.
- Manage end-of-collection assessments with manufacturers, including accessory returns and second-choice orders.
- Collaborate with production managers on the overall collection planning, defining priorities and forecasting schedules.
- Manage the production of Special Orders for the division.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong product sensitivity.
- Project management capability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel.
- Good command of English; Italian is a plus.
Relevant experience in production coordination or a related field is preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
