Chanel Production Coordination Assistant

1. Facilitate daily coordination between production managers and various stakeholders in the Ready-to-Wear sector, including product development, industrialization, planning, purchasing, quality, and billing.
2. Act as a conduit for information and alerts, anticipating and identifying potential bottlenecks in both pre-production and production phases.
3. Prepare production and quality reports for the division and manufacturers.
4. Organize, lead, and document cross-functional meetings.
5. Promote and implement improvements for the division through strategic studies, projects, and organizational initiatives.
6. Oversee material supply to manufacturers in collaboration with the distribution center and material teams.
7. Initiate submissions with partners and formalize orders.
8. Manage end-of-collection assessments with manufacturers, including accessory returns and second-choice orders.
9. Collaborate with production managers on the overall collection planning, defining priorities and forecasting schedules.
10. Manage the production of Special Orders for the division.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.

1. Strong product sensitivity.
2. Project management capability.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers.
5. Proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel.
6. Good command of English; Italian is a plus.

Relevant experience in production coordination or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
