- Support the Product Standards Manager in defining and maintaining technical standards, specifications and measurement charts for finished fashion products.
- Prepare and update technical packs and specification sheets for prototypes, pre-production and production samples.
- Ensure consistency of materials, trims and construction details across collections by cross-referencing internal standards and product files.
- Coordinate with design, industrialization, quality and sourcing teams to follow sample evaluations, corrective actions and standard approvals.
- Maintain and organise technical documentation and product files in the designated PLM/document management system; ensure traceability of revisions.
- Contribute to quality checks on finished goods, produce discrepancy reports and follow up on corrective measures with suppliers and factories.
- Assist in ad hoc projects related to standardisation, benchmarking and process optimisation.
- Enrolment in a higher education programme (BTS, Bachelor or Master) in fashion product development, industrialisation, textile engineering or equivalent (work‑study/alternance).
- Solid understanding of garment construction, measurements and technical specification terminology.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally with design, sourcing and quality teams.
