1. Authenticate and diagnose products received at the repair center, ensuring compliance with company procedures to achieve customer satisfaction.
2. Act as the primary liaison with boutiques to ensure seamless communication and information flow regarding product repairs.
3. Perform preliminary verification steps to confirm product authenticity and direct it accordingly within the workflow.
4. Check the conformity of repair information requested by boutiques in the ERP system, completing product records and communicating with boutiques for clarification if necessary.
5. Diagnose quality defects and assess repair feasibility in collaboration with artisans, identifying the appropriate workflow.
6. If repairable at the center, dispatch to the corresponding workflow following internal procedures.
7. If not repairable at the center, identify suitable partners for repair and direct the item to the dedicated workflow, ensuring follow-up.
8. Provide boutiques with necessary information and arguments for cases of non-reparability.
9. Identify, record, and order necessary components and accessories in the ERP for repair completion, ensuring follow-up on ongoing orders and complex cases.
10. Maintain internal stock of spare parts in accordance with established procedures.
11. Ensure constant communication with boutiques regarding repair status, timelines, and feasibility, providing necessary arguments and information to ensure smooth case handling and customer satisfaction.
12. Handle information requests received via ERP, email, or phone.
13. Contribute to strengthening collaboration by participating in job shadowing within the workshop.
14. Verify post-repair product quality to ensure all services requested have been completed in line with the initial diagnosis.
15. Ensure accurate consumption of spare parts to maintain up-to-date stock levels.

1. Strong product sensitivity in leather goods, costume jewelry, and footwear.
2. Adherence to deadlines and procedures with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
