Chanel Product Service Agent

- Authenticate and diagnose products received at the repair center, ensuring compliance with company procedures to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison with boutiques to ensure seamless communication and information flow regarding product repairs.
- Perform preliminary verification steps to confirm product authenticity and direct it accordingly within the workflow.
- Check the conformity of repair information requested by boutiques in the ERP system, completing product records and communicating with boutiques for clarification if necessary.
- Diagnose quality defects and assess repair feasibility in collaboration with artisans, identifying the appropriate workflow.
- If repairable at the center, dispatch to the corresponding workflow following internal procedures.
- If not repairable at the center, identify suitable partners for repair and direct the item to the dedicated workflow, ensuring follow-up.
- Provide boutiques with necessary information and arguments for cases of non-reparability.
- Identify, record, and order necessary components and accessories in the ERP for repair completion, ensuring follow-up on ongoing orders and complex cases.
- Maintain internal stock of spare parts in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure constant communication with boutiques regarding repair status, timelines, and feasibility, providing necessary arguments and information to ensure smooth case handling and customer satisfaction.
- Handle information requests received via ERP, email, or phone.
- Contribute to strengthening collaboration by participating in job shadowing within the workshop.
- Verify post-repair product quality to ensure all services requested have been completed in line with the initial diagnosis.
- Ensure accurate consumption of spare parts to maintain up-to-date stock levels.
- Strong product sensitivity in leather goods, costume jewelry, and footwear.
- Adherence to deadlines and procedures with meticulous attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong listening and respect for others.
- Teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in computer and analytical skills.
- Good command of English.
Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
