Chanel Product Service Agent

- Conduct product expertise to ensure authenticity and perform a comprehensive diagnostic in accordance with company procedures.
- Serve as the primary liaison with boutiques to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
- Collaborate with partner services to guarantee optimal cooperation and follow-up on repair processes.
- Perform pre-dispatch control checks before products are returned to boutiques.
- Verify repair information in the ERP system and communicate with boutiques for clarification if needed.
- Diagnose quality defects and assess repair feasibility in collaboration with artisans.
- Dispatch products to the appropriate repair flow, adhering to internal procedures.
- Identify and liaise with external partners for repairs not feasible in-house.
- Manage and track orders for necessary components and accessories in the ERP system.
- Maintain internal stock of spare parts in accordance with established procedures.
- Ensure constant communication with boutiques regarding repair status, timelines, and feasibility.
- Handle information requests received via ERP, email, or phone.
- Participate in cross-functional workshops to enhance collaboration.
- Ensure all requested repair services align with the initial diagnosis.
- Monitor spare parts consumption to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Strong product sensitivity in leather goods, costume jewelry, and footwear.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and procedures with precision and organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in English.
- Product expertise and diagnostic skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software.
Experience in product expertise and repair processes within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
Training will be provided internally.
