Chanel Product Owner, Advisor & Customer Engagement

- Orchestrate the end-to-end product portfolio for Advisor & Customer Engagement, ensuring alignment with Chanel's strategic objectives.
- Deliver high-performing, coherent, and evolving solutions that enhance client satisfaction and advisor efficiency.
- Develop and manage the product backlog, prioritizing functional and technical evolutions, bug fixes, and operational constraints.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and communicate them to development and QA teams.
- Define acceptance criteria for user stories to ensure solution quality and relevance.
- Ensure consistent and transversal responses to business needs using Salesforce and other technologies.
- Meet deadlines by anticipating stakeholder constraints and managing dependencies.
- Identify legal or data privacy impacts and collaborate with experts to address them.
- Define and measure success through business and tech KPIs.
- Salesforce Service Cloud certification required.
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university, engineering, or business school.
- Expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and integration patterns (APIs, middleware).
- Proficiency in agile product management principles.
- Strong data-driven approach with the ability to define and analyze KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Teams.
- Ability to manage complex processes and transform them into simple user experiences.
At least 7 years as a Technical Product Owner with expertise in CRM/Service Cloud solutions, preferably in an international environment.
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a university, engineering, or business school.
