Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product merchandising strategy for costume jewelry and other accessories across European markets, ensuring alignment with global assortment plans and seasonal calendars.
  • Manage assortment planning, range architecture and SKU-level decisions to optimize sell-through, margin and inventory turnover.
  • Collaborate closely with design, buying, planning, retail and wholesale teams to deliver commercially viable collections and coordinated launches.
  • Monitor sales performance and KPIs by channel and market, producing actionable analysis and corrective recommendations.
  • Coordinate allocation and replenishment plans in partnership with supply-chain and regional planning teams to maintain stock balance and minimize markdowns.
  • Brief and liaise with suppliers, workshops and external partners as required to ensure product readiness and quality adherence.
  • Conduct market and trend analysis to inform buying priorities, pricing strategies and promotional activity.
  • Support merchandising visual and client-facing activations to maximize product presentation and commercial impact.

Qualifications

  • Proven merchandising experience in luxury accessories or jewellery, with a strong commercial track record.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage assortments, SKU architecture and inventory allocation across multiple markets.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience translating sales data into merchandising decisions.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or another European language is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with merchandising and reporting tools; advanced Excel skills expected.

Experience
