Chanel Product Manager, Fragrance (Coco Mademoiselle)

- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for the Coco Mademoiselle fragrance range, from strategic brief to market delisting.
- Define product positioning, SKU architecture, pricing, and range assortment in alignment with brand strategy and commercial objectives.
- Develop and execute launch and in‑market activation plans in close collaboration with Marketing, Retail, E‑commerce and Sales teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including R&D/perfumery, packaging, supply chain, quality, regulatory and external creative agencies to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Manage product briefs and technical specifications, ensuring compliance with cosmetics and fragrance regulations across target markets.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sell‑through and inventory performance, and recommend corrective actions to maximise brand profitability.
- Lead product cost and margin analysis; support P&L tracking for the franchise.
- Monitor competitive landscape and consumer trends to identify innovation opportunities and support NPD roadmaps.
- Proven experience in product management within prestige beauty or fragrance (preferably working on a major fragrance franchise).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in assortment planning, pricing strategy and margin management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of cosmetics/fragrance regulatory requirements and packaging development processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting and data interpretation.

Typically 3–6 years of progressive product management or brand management experience in the prestige beauty or fragrance sector, with hands‑on responsibility for fragrance portfolios and commercial launches.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline; advanced degree or specialised training in fragrance/beauty is an advantage.
