1. Lead and inspire a diverse sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

4. Oversee all aspects of the Leather Goods, Costume Jewelry, and Accessories categories, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to drive business performance.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, enhancing the client base through community engagement and partnerships.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership and business acumen within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary ranges from $87,500 to $120,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
