1. Lead and manage the Ready-to-Wear and Shoes product categories, driving business growth and performance.
2. Coach and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
4. Provide ongoing training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel's savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service excellence.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge and strategies.
6. Analyze and report on product category performance, working closely with the Home Office buying team for assortment planning.
7. Represent Chanel in the market through community involvement, partnerships, and events to develop the client base.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in product management or a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Passion for client experience and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment.
5. Foreign language skills are preferred.

Minimum 5 years of related experience in product management or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 to $120,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
