1. Lead and manage the Watches & Fine Jewelry product category to drive business growth.
2. Coach and inspire a diverse sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
3. Foster a positive work environment that encourages feedback, diversity, and teamwork.
4. Provide comprehensive training and development for team members, focusing on Chanel savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service excellence.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge and strategies.
6. Engage with the community to expand the client base through partnerships and events.
7. Analyze and report on product category performance, working closely with the Home Office buying team.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

The anticipated base salary range is $87,500 to $120,000, with potential for bonuses and other forms of variable pay.
