1. Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

3. Provide comprehensive training on Chanel's savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
4. Drive business performance within the Handbags, Small Leather Goods, and Shoes categories.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team for assortment planning and analysis.
6. Enhance team performance through the application of key performance indicators.
7. Represent Chanel in the market, expanding the client base through community engagement and events.

1. Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 5 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $120,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
