1. Coach and inspire a team to deliver an elevated client experience.
2. Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
3. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
4. Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
5. Lead a team with agility and resilience by applying key performance indicators and lessons learned to enhance team and business performance.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events.

1. Minimum 5 years of related experience
2. Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. A flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays

1. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively
2. Understanding of, and passion for client experience
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
5. Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
6. Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of Chanel

A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required, ideally within the luxury fashion industry.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $121,800. Additional forms of variable pay, including bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks, may be offered.
