- Provide operational support to Project Managers, including managing print documents and coordinating with the Artistic Direction and packaging teams.
- Oversee changes in nomenclature within the information system.
- Update transition dates in the Access database and record batch codes during transitions.
- Contribute to feasibility studies to ensure alignment between business needs, solutions, and project timelines.
- Define the most suitable scenario considering risk analysis and past experiences.
- Challenge departments to balance project objectives with available resources and solutions.
- Lead cross-functional project groups from requirements gathering to product availability.
- Conduct project reporting and escalate risks or necessary decisions to governance bodies.
- Facilitate monthly project review meetings.
- Final year of a Master's degree program (Bac+5) from an Engineering School or University.
- Previous internship experience in product development is advantageous.
- Autonomous and structured with strong logical reasoning.
- Excellent synthesis, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to unite teams around common goals.
- Motivated, dynamic, and passionate about the Parfums Beauté universe.
