1. Provide operational support to Project Managers, including managing print documents and coordinating with the Artistic Direction and packaging teams.
2. Oversee changes in nomenclature within the information system.
3. Update transition dates in the Access database and record batch codes during transitions.
4. Contribute to feasibility studies to ensure alignment between business needs, solutions, and project timelines.
5. Define the most suitable scenario considering risk analysis and past experiences.
6. Challenge departments to balance project objectives with available resources and solutions.
7. Lead cross-functional project groups from requirements gathering to product availability.
8. Conduct project reporting and escalate risks or necessary decisions to governance bodies.
9. Facilitate monthly project review meetings.

1. Final year of a Master's degree program (Bac+5) from an Engineering School or University.
2. Previous internship experience in product development is advantageous.

2. Excellent synthesis, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to unite teams around common goals.
4. Motivated, dynamic, and passionate about the Parfums Beauté universe.

Previous internship experience in product development is advantageous.

Final year of a Master's degree program (Bac+5) from an Engineering School or University.
