1. Lead and supervise the product evolution portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain, regulatory, and marketing to achieve project goals.
3. Manage and develop a team of project managers and technicians, fostering talent growth and ensuring project execution.
4. Oversee the administrative and financial management of the department, including budget development and execution.
5. Facilitate operational and strategic decision-making, providing visibility on project progress and priorities.
6. Conduct feasibility studies to ensure alignment between business needs and proposed solutions.
7. Identify and address project roadblocks, proposing improvements and supporting change management initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in product development and team management.
3. Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in a matrix environment.
