Chanel Procurement Specialist

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories, including requisition review, purchase order creation and order follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with planners, product development and operations to translate demand forecasts into purchase plans and inventory replenishment strategies.
- Maintain supplier relationships and coordinate deliveries, quality inspections and corrective actions with internal quality teams and external vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times, optimize costs and improve service levels.
- Ensure procurement documentation accuracy and compliance with internal policies, import/export requirements and traceability standards.
- Use ERP systems to update masters, track orders and provide regular procurement status reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain operations, preferably within fashion, luxury goods or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical capability with experience managing purchase orders, lead times and inventory controls.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality, confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

At least 3 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with hands-on responsibility for purchase order management, supplier coordination and inventory replenishment. Experience in fashion, luxury goods or complex manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field; equivalent professional experience may be accepted.
