1. Supervise the delivery plans of raw materials from suppliers to manufacturers, ensuring timely and prioritized orchestration of volumes.
2. Monitor supplier deliveries to manufacturers, intervening in case of issues.
3. Update the team on the status of supply releases and anticipate potential challenges to avoid delivery delays.
4. Collaborate with the Production Senior Planner and management to assess production plan feasibility based on material availability.
5. Define and monitor delivery plans for critical components shared among multiple footwear manufacturers, establishing priorities and tracking weekly deliveries.
6. Establish KPIs to evaluate supplier performance.
7. Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and individual well-being.
8. Participate in meetings held in Paris and Italy to enhance team dynamics and achieve collective goals.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or production planning, preferably in the footwear sector.
2. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or Management.
3. Professional proficiency in English and French.
4. Understanding of footwear production processes and timelines.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Attention to detail and precision.
3. Strong analytical and management skills.
4. Ability to adapt to various contexts and interlocutors.
5. Excellent teamwork capabilities.
6. Effective listening and communication skills.
7. Willingness to undertake short business trips.
