Chanel Procurement Senior Planner

- Supervise the delivery plans of raw materials from suppliers to manufacturers, ensuring timely and prioritized orchestration of volumes.
- Monitor supplier deliveries to manufacturers, intervening in case of issues.
- Update the team on the status of supply releases and anticipate potential challenges to avoid delivery delays.
- Collaborate with the Production Senior Planner and management to assess production plan feasibility based on material availability.
- Define and monitor delivery plans for critical components shared among multiple footwear manufacturers, establishing priorities and tracking weekly deliveries.
- Establish KPIs to evaluate supplier performance.
- Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and individual well-being.
- Participate in meetings held in Paris and Italy to enhance team dynamics and achieve collective goals.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or production planning, preferably in the footwear sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or Management.
- Professional proficiency in English and French.
- Understanding of footwear production processes and timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Strong analytical and management skills.
- Ability to adapt to various contexts and interlocutors.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Effective listening and communication skills.
- Willingness to undertake short business trips.
A minimum of 2-3 years in procurement or production planning, ideally within the footwear industry.
