1. Centralize and manage all service orders through the digital platform COUPA.
2. Act as the COUPA Indirect Purchasing reference, assisting buyers with platform issues and liaising with accounting as needed.
3. Assist in budget management for the service department.
4. Update relevant performance indicators.
5. Analyze encountered issues and propose solutions or improvements, manage contracts and disputes with service providers.
6. Oversee the site's service vehicle fleet.
7. Coordinate spare parts management: stock monitoring and order placement.
8. Ensure the management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) from ordering to stock maintenance.
9. Manage work attire in coordination with service providers and site users.
10. Contribute to the management of external companies.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management or Administration.
2. Experience in an industrial environment.

1. Strong organizational and planning skills.
2. Excellent anticipation and negotiation abilities.
3. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.

Experience in an industrial setting is required.
