1. Contribute to the identification and implementation of end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) process improvements.
2. Optimize operational efficiency and ensure compliance with local regulations.
3. Analyze business and operational impacts of process and tool changes.
4. Promote best practices and innovation to enhance performance.
5. Participate in the identification and management of inherent S2P process risks.
6. Engage in S2P transformation projects, including ERP, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
7. Facilitate workshops to understand business needs and map processes.
8. Document processes, rules, and associated controls.
9. Coordinate with local and global teams for process and reporting harmonization.
10. Manage change and support user adoption.
11. Collect and monitor S2P process KPIs.
12. Collaborate with local teams to propose and implement improvement actions.
13. Report performance or compliance issues to the Manager RPO S2P.
14. Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
15. Present progress and impacts to management and teams.
16. Support the adoption of new practices and tools.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, IT, or related fields.

1. Proficiency in English.
2. Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
3. Ability to propose tailored solutions.
4. Experience with ERP systems and S2P processes.

Minimum of 5 years in transformation roles within Procurement or Finance, with exposure to S2P processes and ERP tools, ideally in an international or European context.

Advanced degree (Bac+5) in relevant fields.
