1. Conduct R&D trials in both laboratory and production settings in collaboration with on-site teams.
2. Monitor production processes and analyze work-in-progress.
3. Participate in pilot tests and industrial scaling of processes.
4. Operate automated processing equipment.
5. Manage logistics related to development activities, including raw materials, consumables, samples, and trial organization.
6. Oversee document management for shipments.
7. Perform first-level maintenance and monitoring of equipment.
8. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in laboratories and equipment.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (bac+2/bac+3) in chemistry, process chemistry, or analytical chemistry.
2. Previous experience in industrial chemical processes.
3. Knowledge of terpene chemistry is advantageous.
