1. Engage fully with the Investment Directorate, participating in all investment processes and portfolio company monitoring.
2. Contribute to origination efforts and conduct sector-specific research.
3. Analyze new investment opportunities.
4. Assist in drafting investment dossiers and internal reports.
5. Support the investment team in monitoring portfolio companies.

1. Enrollment in a business or engineering school.
2. Fluency in both English and French is essential.
3. Relevant experience in M&A, Private Equity (Venture Capital, Corporate Venture, LBO), or related fields such as strategy consulting or startups is preferred.

1. Proficiency in IT tools.
2. Strong analytical rigor and autonomy.
3. Open-mindedness, listening skills, curiosity, and initiative.

Relevant experience in M&A, Private Equity, or related fields is desired.

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
