1. Conduct daily monitoring of digital, social media, and print clippings to track Chanel's visibility.
2. Assist in creating detailed monthly activity reports for all three business divisions.
3. Update and maintain the PR database with precision and accuracy.
4. Organize and manage the PR stock room and library, ensuring accessibility of press tools and materials.
5. Assist in planning and executing events, including venue research and RSVP coordination.
6. Manage logistics for events, such as hair and makeup and model sourcing.
7. Distribute press tools, including press kits, ensuring flawless communication with stakeholders.
8. Manage press samples for editorial shoots across fashion, beauty, and watches/jewelry using tools like Fashion GPS.
9. Respond to press inquiries, providing information on product images, samples, and pricing.
10. Contribute to the coordination of exclusive Chanel photoshoots.
11. Assist in organizing press trips, including destination research and itinerary updates.

1. Passion for PR, communications, and the luxury industry.
2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Proactive attitude, creativity, and attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Fashion GPS.
6. Familiarity with media monitoring platforms.

No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in luxury PR and communications is essential.
