1. Manage and execute influencer activities in Korea to enhance visibility and maintain Chanel's leadership in the luxury cosmetics industry.
2. Support and implement paid PR initiatives, including print and digital media, to ensure strategic product communication and brand awareness.
3. Plan and execute influencer engagement programs, including workshops and special events, to build product visibility and desirability.
4. Collaborate with top influencers to enhance content quality for key global and local occasions.
5. Drive and execute influencer actions for local PR and marketing events to support campaigns and generate impactful buzz.
6. Monitor and identify new influencer and social media trends to strengthen influencer programs.
7. Research, identify, and recruit new influencers to build a strong pool for strategic actions.
8. Foster relationships across beauty, lifestyle, and professional verticals.
9. Collaborate with regional and local influencer agencies to monitor and analyze influencer actions, improving efficiency and accuracy.
10. Use influencer tools to define metrics and report KPIs by project and campaign.
11. Manage all influencer tools, including ordering, budget control, and adaptations specific to influencer use.
12. Plan and execute editorial tie-ups for print and select digital media, ensuring high-quality execution.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Communication or Business.
2. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the beauty industry.

1. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
