Chanel PMO Lead

- Support the execution and maintenance of project plans, ensuring clear communication of dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive structured, data-driven reporting of program progress, offering visibility into status, risks, and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with leadership to adjust plans and priorities based on evolving program needs and business requirements.
- Utilize planning tools such as Smartsheet to facilitate project tracking and enhance stakeholder visibility.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and consistency within planning tools for accurate decision-making insights.
- Support the identification and tracking of program risks and issues, ensuring timely documentation and escalation.
- Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment on program goals and progress.
- Assist in executing the change control process, documenting and addressing potential impacts on scope, timelines, and resources.
- Work closely with regional PMO teams and delivery partners to support alignment on program objectives and execution.
- Support the implementation of best practices in project management to enhance PMO operations and delivery efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), and PowerBI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing large-scale ERP transformations, with preference for AX, SAP, or D365.
Bachelor's degree or higher, with relevant project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
