1. Support the culture evolution process by designing and deploying people development solutions.
2. Collaborate with country and regional teams to identify and prioritize people development needs.
3. Develop and implement learning and development initiatives in partnership with Business Partners and Regional People Development leaders.
4. Translate HR and business strategies into actionable people development solutions.
5. Work with HR stakeholders and leadership on individual development plans aligned with talent management strategies.
6. Partner with people managers to initiate learning and development conversations.
7. Participate in designing people development solutions using appropriate learning methodologies.
8. Identify and qualify external partners for development projects.
9. Engage in regional and global people development projects.

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in Business; advanced degree preferred.
2. Fluent in English and Korean.
