Chanel People Business Intelligence Intern

- Participate in the maintenance and development of analytics data products and dashboards with a focus on self-service, automation, and standardization.
- Utilize Power BI and data modeling techniques to create and explore data visualizations that tell analytical stories.
- Coordinate the design and deployment of new KPIs and metrics defined by the People Analytics team.
- Assist and potentially lead projects and initiatives that incorporate data, analysis, and identification of areas for action.
- Collaborate closely with the Advanced Analytics team to solve complex hypotheses identified through reporting and insights.
- Adhere to P&O (HR) Data principles and manage data governance.
- Identify and use appropriate methods and tools to collect, extract, aggregate, organize, format, and summarize data for various reports.
- Eligible to work in the UK
- University undergraduate or graduate in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (building visuals, RLS, DAX)
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Interest in luxury fashion and the culture of being part of a prestigious house
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques/data warehousing is a plus
- Familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow/Workday is a plus
Some hands-on experience with Power BI and data analytics is preferred.
University undergraduate or graduate in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
