1. Participate in the maintenance and development of analytics data products and dashboards with a focus on self-service, automation, and standardization.
2. Utilize Power BI and data modeling techniques to create and explore data visualizations that tell analytical stories.
3. Coordinate the design and deployment of new KPIs and metrics defined by the People Analytics team.
4. Assist and potentially lead projects and initiatives that incorporate data, analysis, and identification of areas for action.
5. Collaborate closely with the Advanced Analytics team to solve complex hypotheses identified through reporting and insights.
6. Adhere to P&O (HR) Data principles and manage data governance.
7. Identify and use appropriate methods and tools to collect, extract, aggregate, organize, format, and summarize data for various reports.

2. University undergraduate or graduate in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields

1. Hands-on experience with Power BI (building visuals, RLS, DAX)
2. Attention to detail and solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
4. Interest in luxury fashion and the culture of being part of a prestigious house
5. Knowledge of data modeling techniques/data warehousing is a plus
6. Familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow/Workday is a plus

Some hands-on experience with Power BI and data analytics is preferred.

University undergraduate or graduate in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
