Chanel Packaging Quality Control Technician

The industrial and supply teams, located across three sites in Oise, are dedicated to the manufacturing and global distribution of Chanel's skincare, perfumes, and makeup, ensuring the swift industrialization of new products.
- Ensure the quality of components and finished products as the quality reference for packaging control.
- Inspect the conformity of received components according to defined standards and procedures.
- Provide on-site support to workshops for packaging quality issues encountered on production lines.
- Manage supplier disputes, including initiating refusal procedures and monitoring disputes.
- Coordinate on-site supplier sorting activities.
- Provide technical assistance to workshops, including production start-up audits and packaging expertise.
- Propose improvement actions based on field issues and facilitate information exchanges to address anomalies.
- Implement new control equipment and oversee the metrological tracking of all service equipment.
- Contribute to service performance management by animating AIC and producing indicators.
- Support the manager in coordinating service activities, including workload/resource alignment and acting as the technical reference for control agents.
- Possess a Bac+2/3 degree in Technical Studies, Plastics Engineering, or Packaging, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries.
- Strong service orientation and ability to build solid relationships.
- Ability to apply rigor and creativity to maintain high quality standards and propose innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in SAP and O365 for effective task and project management.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
Significant experience in packaging, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries is required.
Bac+2/3 degree in Technical Studies, Plastics Engineering, or Packaging, or equivalent experience.
