1. Conceptualize and design innovative and sustainable cosmetic products.
2. Lead technical projects in collaboration with suppliers.
3. Explore and propose new industrial processes, including sustainable materials and decorations.
4. Analyze and synthesize trial results, providing improvement recommendations.
5. Facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams, such as laboratories and artistic direction.
6. Actively participate in the team's daily activities.

1. Final year student in an engineering program (Bac +5) specializing in material sciences, eco-design, mechanical design, or industrial design.
2. Passion for innovation and sensitivity to CSR issues.
3. Recognized for curiosity, ingenuity, boldness, and creativity.

1. Knowledge of fluid mechanics.
2. Proficiency in CAD software.

No prior professional experience is required, but relevant academic projects or internships in packaging innovation or related fields are advantageous.

Final year of an engineering degree (Bac +5) in relevant fields.
