1. Enter orders into the goods management system and perform ongoing checks for accuracy.
2. Respond to incoming telephone and email inquiries regarding delivery dates and product availability.
3. Support the processing of complaints and manage the order process efficiently.
4. Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
5. Ensure precision and correctness of documentation.
6. Process all complaints in a timely manner, providing telephone and email customer support.
7. Maintain ongoing communication and coordination with external carriers and central customer service in Paris.
8. Collaborate proactively with all departments, particularly the commercial department.

2. Precise, independent, and fast working style.
3. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel.
5. Very good knowledge of Polish and English.

Previous experience in a customer service or order management role within a fast-paced business environment is required.
