1. Oversee and direct boutique operations to maximize productivity and ensure a seamless client experience.
2. Act as the expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, providing training and support to the boutique team.
3. Manage customer relationships by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting on the sales floor as needed.
4. Ensure accurate cash register operations, including opening, balancing, and closing procedures.
5. Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management to maintain stock integrity and optimize organization.
6. Lead change management initiatives and oversee boutique maintenance standards.
7. Manage boutique budgets and forecast expenditures.
8. Foster team communication and development, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
9. Ensure merchandising and brand image standards are upheld.
10. Participate in training and personal development initiatives.

1. Successful experience of at least 4-6 years in leadership retail operations or stock management.
2. Fluency in English; French language skills are advantageous.
3. Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.

3. Proficient in managing and mentoring teams.
4. Comfortable working with various departments and teams.

A minimum of 4-6 years in leadership roles within retail operations or stock management is required.

Competitive base salary ranging from 95,000 to 110,000 CAD annually.
