- Oversee and direct boutique operations to maximize productivity and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Act as the expert on Standard Operating Procedures, systems, and tools, providing training and support to the boutique team.
- Manage customer relationships by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting on the sales floor as needed.
- Ensure accurate cash register operations, including opening, balancing, and closing procedures.
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management to maintain stock integrity and optimize organization.
- Lead change management initiatives and oversee boutique maintenance standards.
- Manage boutique budgets and forecast expenditures.
- Foster team communication and development, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure merchandising and brand image standards are upheld.
- Participate in training and personal development initiatives.
- Successful experience of at least 4-6 years in leadership retail operations or stock management.
- Fluency in English; French language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in managing and mentoring teams.
- Comfortable working with various departments and teams.
A minimum of 4-6 years in leadership roles within retail operations or stock management is required.
Competitive base salary ranging from 95,000 to 110,000 CAD annually.
